Affiliate Disclosure

In short: As an Amazon Associate, Casiobase earns from qualifying purchases. It costs you nothing extra, and it never changes which specifications we publish or how products compare.

How we make money

Casiobase is free to use and carries no display adverts. To cover running costs, some retailer links are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission. The price you pay is the same as if you had gone to the retailer directly.

Amazon Associates Programme

Casiobase is a participant in the Amazon.co.uk Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trade marks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Our affiliate tag is added only to links that go to Amazon.co.uk. Links to other retailers or to Casio’s own website are ordinary links unless marked otherwise.

How to spot an affiliate link

  • Retailer links always appear in an amber “Buying options” box, kept separate from our blue reference data.
  • Affiliate links are marked with a dagger (†) and carry the rel="sponsored" attribute.

Editorial independence

Commissions have no influence on our reference data. Specifications are published only when checked against a source such as Casio documentation or a user manual, and each value shows its verification status. We do not accept payment to list, rank or review products, and we do not show prices, ratings or “best buy” badges.

Prices and availability

We do not display prices. Prices and stock change frequently, so please check the current price on the retailer’s site before you buy.

Questions

If you have a question about this disclosure, please get in touch. More detail on how we handle data is in our privacy notice.
